All being well, we will be seeing some of you next Sept if all goes to plan

I know they named it twice Steve but thought it was a spring trip.

Hi Dave....I can't remember anyone saying spring.  When I mentioned Sept/Oct to Jim.....he said   "sounds great".  I've already been in touch with Laurie and plans are to be gotten under way after Chrimbo.    :)  I thought the lakes meet was June next year.  That's why we opted for the other side of summer.

I remember Viv taking about her daughter Becky having an exhibition there in the spring but it was all a bit' in the air' and I think that is now off. Steve did mention Sept/Oct and apparently Laurie said this was a good time to go. I'm easy either way so long as it doesn't clash with other plans.

 :)

Thanks Jim.......I remember now and that was all called off.  Then the Lakes meet dates were announced and we thought it better to go for Sept/Oct.  Laurie and I will have to get our thinking-hats on after Chrimbo so that something concrete can be put forward.   :)

August September I'm usually laying on a beach somewhere.
Will have to rethink and do a tour of the USA starting at NY maybe.

Hi Dave.  Steph and I are doing that too.  4 days in NY (2 devoted to Fuji things) and then train down to Florida flying back from Orlando Int airport.  Stupid I know but, getting excited already      :))

Having just spent 3 hours waiting for a 5 1/2 hr flight from Honolulu to LA, then 5hrs + 2 hrs delay for a 10 1/2 hr flight to Heathrow then a 5 hr drive home +a 10 hour time difference ......................its hard to get excited just yet.

 :)

But we'll be there !!

Yeh, train and then pick a car up in Orlando to tootle around the local wildlife reserves.  A nice relaxing overnight train journey...I just hope Agatha Christie is not onboard.   :D     Jim, exactly, that's why we are getting excited, no "tiring" bits to the journey.   :)
