Could everyone please take a moment to sign this petition, the way soldiers and their families are being treated is disgusting!

I'll gladly sign it BUT we will be fighting centuries of government inertia regarding servicemens/womens treatment in both war and peace. Kipling summed it up precisely   http://faxmentis.org/html/kipling.html
Our men & women are probably some of the bravest and dedicated people but are consistently let down by penny-pinching chinless wonders whose main interest is feathering their own nests and to hell with the rest of us.
This govt. is behaving exactly as the Tory one before WWII did. I mean, what's the point of an Aircraft carrier whose main armament is now a bloody egg-beater.

Ooo! I feel better now

honoured to sign the petition Jayne. We need to show the boys and girls that despite having reservations about the Governemt sending them into danger,we support and hold them dear and want them all home safe so that they dont have to find out how piss poor the support for them  can be from the powers that be.
Please dont hold back.Im here to learn and to learn you have to listen to the mistakes you have made,so tell me!

As an ex-serviceman (29 years) I agree entirely with the thoughts behind the petition. Signed it straight away.....
