It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

What a beauty  :)

Don't ask for fuel consumption or the cost for a chauffeur - just enjoy it.
How dare these people stand in your way when you wanted to take a photo!

Just had a bit of editing fun with your photo (if you do not like it please say so i will delete my version immediately)

Thanks Uwe, I waited for those people to move, but it did not look like they would and my grandchildren were itching to get to a restaurant for lunch,  :). It looks so much better.  Any idea what it might be ?.  It reminds me of a car from Al Capones time. Pam.

Pam, I think the car might be a Willis Knight going by the shape of the badge. I have a cousin in Adelaide who collects Willis cars. They are very popular with enthusiasts both in Australia and Canada.

Willis will be better known to you from the US Military Vehicles ie Willis Jeep. The model you've shown, if I'm right was produced between 1914 and the 1930's so it fits your Al Capone image.

:)

Thank you Pam,

no idea which make this is but i had the same Al Capone car thought. It looks like these getaway cars from the early gangster films - only much more stylish  :)

That's a beauty Pam. Bet you could have fancied a chauffeured ride in it with the family.
